How we handle the four areas of privacy that concern most people, in descending order of importance are:
- Identity Theft:
The Sales Receipt contains the purchaser’s name, street and email addresses, total price, credit card data and his signature. The Merchant Bank uses this information to authenticate his credibility and issue payment for the order to us. Except for the credit card data and the signature, the other information is transferred to the receipt from our Order Form, which also includes what was ordered and its itemized costs. Normally the seller would receive a copy of this Receipt, but because our Order Form provides everything we need to process an order, we have no need of it and have declined to receive it
The credit card data and signature is the only information the purchaser fills in. It is done on a secure site that is checked randomly by the Merchant Bank to make sure that the level of security is always sufficient and up to date. Data transferred from this site is encrypted. Data on the Order Form is entered into a database for encrypted transmission to our various entities as they have need of it. It is virtually impossible for a purchaser to suffer identity theft on our Website.

- Loss of Personal Privacy:
Because we accept only what are essentially guaranteed methods of payments, unlike Banks, Mortgage companies or Hospitals, we have no need to know anything of a purchaser’s personal information other than his Name and Address. Thus, we shall never accumulate personal data.
- Sale of Your Name:
We shall never sell lists of names to anyone or to any organization. But let’s ask a question: Who would really want a list of our customers? None of the products we are considering marketing on our Website will be priced any greater than our Bacon Cooker. Of what value would such a list have for a Company which sells products priced $100 or more? Nevertheless, we take every precaution to assure that no one in our organization is able to access our customer database without specific authorization. Penalties for misuse of information contained in the database are severe.
- Harassment:
Nearly everyone who has ever purchased an item from a Church or a Charity or similar organization has experienced follow-up solicitations for more purchases or donations. Our Policy: We shall contact you by email for informative purposes only, such as to introduce new products or let you know changes in shipping schedules.
