Scrambled Eggs

Wet or Dry

  1. After the bacon is cooked, pour out most of the drippings into your WowBacon Grease Pot or container
  2. Add a bit of butter and/or some cream to Cup
  3. Add 2 eggs and beat 5 – 10 seconds
  4. Lock Lid to Cup and place in microwave; leave the Rack aside
  5. Microwave on HIGH for 40 seconds, take out of microwave, then remove Lid and stir
  6. Return Lid to Cup. Lock and cook for 15-20 seconds
  7. Take out microwave, then remove Lid and stir again
  8. If necessary, repeat from step 6 until desired result is achieved

Plate and enjoy!

TIMES WILL VARY DUE TO MICROWAVE POWER & EGG SIZE, TYPE, AND AGE. EGGS WILL BRIEFLY CONTINUE TO COOK ONCE REMOVED FROM COOKER. EXPERIMENT TO GET YOUR DESIRED RESULT.

 

Poached Eggs

  1. After bacon is cooked, pour drippings into your WowBacon Grease Pot.
  2. Pour 3/4 cup water + splash of vinegar into Cup
  3. Crack Eggs carefully and slowly lower into Cup - do not break yolk
  4. Carefully prick egg yolk with a small pin to prevent pressure buildup
  5. Ensure eggs are fully submerged in the water
  6. Place Lid on Cup, lock and place in microwave, leaving the Rack aside
  7. Microwave on HIGH, cook for 60 seconds, then remove
  8. Check if white of egg is cooked, if not return Lid and cook in 10 second increments
  9. Remove egg with slotted spoon

Ramen Noodles

  1. Add noodle and seasonings to Cup, cover with water
  2. Apply and lock Lid on Cup, place in microwave. Leave Rack aside
  3. Cooking time is between 3 - 4 mins
  4. Remove from microwave, stir and let rest
  5. Strain noodles
